As a software company, we believe in making it as easy as possible for our customers to connect their different systems with ExpenseIn. That’s why we’ve now officially released our own REST API, after the successful completion of our early access program.

With this new API (Application Programming Interface), our customers can, for example, quickly and easily set up HR and projects synchronisation. Once in place, the customer can request expense data from ExpenseIn, no file download needed, and pull the information into any software of their choice. Without this API, customers can only directly integrate their data if they use one of our out-of-the box partner integrations such as Quickbooks, Sage and Xero. The customer can now download the expense data and pull it into the payroll and accounting system of their choice.
We are enormously satisfied that we have rolled out the API functionality for our clients, because it means that their own developers can now easily integrate our expense management software with any other software platform their organisation is using. This synchronisation creates a more efficient workflow and means that the time our users spend managing their expenses reduces even further.
The launch of the API comes with clear reference documentation in our dedicated developer centre and our ExpenseIn API experts are available to support you all the way.
