With Christmas around the corner and 2024 coming to an end, we want to reflect on our highlighted achievements this year.
Over the past 12 months, our team has been hard at work. Here’s a look at some numbers we’re incredibly proud to share:
It has also been a busy year of product releases and updates. Here is a quick summary of two new major features:
Carbon reporting: Whether it’s for vehicle mileage, flights, trains, buses, taxis, or accommodation, our system provides accurate emissions data, using UK government’s conversion factors, related to your travel-related expense claims. For more info, click here.
AI Categorisation: When you upload a receipt, our AI scans and extracts the key information. It then cross-references this data with any notes added in the memo field. Using this combined information, the AI intelligently determines the most appropriate category for the expense. For more info, watch the video here.
In September, our commitment to maintaining high cyber security standards was reaffirmed, when we successfully achieved our Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Read more about it here.
In October, we kicked off our customer referral campaign. By referring a friend to us, our customers are not only helping themselves improve their expense processes, but they'll also earn a £100/€100 eGift Card for every successful referral!
In 2024, we also aspired to support our customers with more insights, and we invited them to webinars covering topics such as the ExpenseIn admin and finance area. Plus, we launched a new resource section on our website with free guides/templates to download including a highly anticipated ‘Travel and Expense Policy Template’.
Last but not least, our team are hard at work finalising the launch of our brand-new Mobile App and developing an updated web portal. 2025 is set to be an exciting year for ExpenseIn!
